EV Charging

Connected Level 2 charging

UniFi's current U.S. EV Station Lite and EV Station Pro are weatherproof 11 kW Level 2 charging stations designed for managed deployment. The Pro model adds a 10.1-inch display and supports a payment-terminal accessory; the Lite emphasizes scalable deployment and flexible access control.

Best fit: manufacturing employee parking, commercial properties, fleet/visitor areas, office campuses, multifamily/common areas, and larger residential properties where managed charging is desirable.

Weatherproof Level 2 charging with flexible access control, a large touch display and optional payment-terminal support.

What Best Networks Handles

The charger is only one part of the project.

Network & Connectivity

UniFi console/connectivity planning, network integration, Wi-Fi where applicable, VLAN/security design and management access.

Access & User Control

Coordinate UniFi Access / Identity workflows when badge or NFC-based charging access is part of the deployment.

Physical Infrastructure

Mounting locations, stands, pathway planning, network/data cabling and coordination with the electrician providing the required branch circuit and electrical work.

Industrial Use Case

Employee and visitor charging at manufacturing facilities

EV charging can be treated as another managed facility service rather than a standalone appliance. For a manufacturing client, we can coordinate where stations should be located, how users authenticate, how connectivity reaches the parking area, and how the deployment fits alongside cameras, gates, Wi-Fi and access control.

Important project boundary

EV charging requires substantial electrical work. Best Networks' role is the network, low-voltage, integration and project-coordination side. The required high-voltage branch circuits, load calculations, permits and electrical installation must be performed by the appropriate licensed electrical contractor and inspected as required.
